Q: My son is a little scared of clowns. What should we do? A: Hannie and her clowns are all friendly looking with a doll-like appearance. Just give the child a little bit of time to warm up to them. They have never had a bad experience in their 10 years of clowning. You could also consider choosing one of our other characters listed on our characters page. Q: What are in your goodie bags? A: We put 4 small prizes like a tattoo, sticker goofy teeth or a small toy and a coloring page of the character you have attending. If you would like to do your own goodie bag that is fine too. Ours are included in the package.
Q:
What if we would like you to stay longer than the alloted time?
Q:
We have a lot of small children attending our party. Will there be things
for them to do?
Q:
My baby is turning one. Do you have any ideas
for that age? Q: How many entertainers come with you? A: One entertainer unless you hire an additional character to come. The glamour and spa parties have an additional assistant. Q: How long does your show last? A: We stay 1 to 1-1/2 hours. If you have over 30 kids you might want to consider hiring us for 2 hours. The price is the same no matter how many children attend! It is really for our time. We can alter the show a bit if you do have a lot of children. For very large parties, 2 characters would be a great idea! Q: Can your show be done outside? A: Yes, we can accommodate any type of place. If outside, we can play outdoor games like sac races, tug-a-war, and parachute games. If inside, we can play low-key games like a bucket toss, hot potatoe, and other musical activities. When we do a glamour party the stage can only stand indoors. Q: Do you bring the food, decorations, or paper products? A: Only for the Glamour, Spa, Tea, and Lil' Chef parties. If you need to rent tables, chairs, snow cone, or cotton candy machines, just ask. We can give you a rental company that can assist you. Q: Do you come to us? A: Yes! We come to your party. It could be anywhere from a clubhouse, residence, park, the zoo....ANYWHERE! Q: How should I pay an entertainer? A: Payment is preferred when the entertainer arrives. That way you can tend to birthday cake, presents, etc., however, you can pay at the end of the show if you so choose. Please have the money ready as the entertainer usually has other parties to attend. Checks for Hannie the Clown's performance should be made out to "Hannah Watkins" unless your confirmation states another one of our clown's names. Q: Are performers supposed to be tipped? A: Tips are always appreciated, but not expected. If Hannie or any other performer does an exceptional job, it's perfectly acceptable to tip them.
